Alchemy Method Fitness ("Alchemy Method," "we," "us") offers small-group personal training for women at 5204 E Broadway Ave, Spokane Valley, WA 99212. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us, book a consult or become a member, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your answers to questions on our forms, such as your fitness goals and the days and times that suit you
- If you become a member: your membership, booking and attendance details, and the results of body composition scans you choose to take
- Payment details, which are collected and stored by our payment processor through our studio software, not by us directly
How we use it
- To contact you about your consult, training, membership and class schedule, by text, phone or email
- To run your membership, bookings and payments
- To understand which of our ads and posts bring people to us, so we can improve them
- To send occasional news and offers, which you can opt out of at any time
How we share it
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services we use to run the studio: our studio management and booking software (Gymdesk) and its payment processor, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) when you submit a form through our ads, and the tools that move your details from those forms into our studio software. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number, we may text you about your consult, classes and membership. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts.
Keeping your information safe
We keep your information only as long as we need it to provide our services or as the law requires, and we use reasonable measures to protect it.
Your choices
